We have built up a large community pot of timebanking credits.

Timebanking credits are awarded in return for 1 hour of someone's time or skill. If a timebanking member does not wish to spend the credits on something they need, they can choose to donate their earnt credits to our community pot.

We are now able to distribute these credits to those in need, but can also reward people, groups and organisations for their input to our community with some of these credits.

Choose your shortlist and drag and drop the options to rank them from your top choice to lowest!

option #1

Martha Barnes

  2 votes | score 4
shortlisted

Martha has worked tirelessly for her neighbourhood over her 50+ years as an integral part of our community.

Martha has now come to rely on the timebank as her family have moved away and she has found herself more often in need of asking for a little help.

We would love to recognise Martha's long life served within our community by awarding community pot timebanking credits to ensure she can ask for all the help she now needs.

option #2

Butterfly preschool

  2 votes | score 5
shortlisted

The team at Butterfly Preschool are often the place where many of our community members are introduced to timebanking.

They help parents & grandparents get set up on the timebank and show them what they could use it for.

They'd be able to use a donation of credits to distribute both amongst their hardworking team who promote timebanking as volunteers, but also to new timebank members to help them get started.

option #3

Today's Delights cafe

  3 votes | score 6
shortlisted

Situated on West Street, Today's delights is one of our local community hubs where timebanking is promoted. We'd love to give them the opportunity to spread some credits to those in need, as they are on the ground day-to-day and hear firsthand who is in need of help.

option #4

The Stewart family

  2 votes | score 3
shortlisted

The Stewart family have been nominated by their friends to be considered for this donation. With two sets of twins, both with special needs at home and school, the Stewarts are often in need of a kind helping hand. They have raised a significant amount of money for the Sarah Grant Hospice Charity and always put their children above themselves.

This family have been nominated to be in the consideration to receive some credits from their community.

option #5

The Rotary Club

shortlisted

Would you like to see these timebanking credits go to help our local Rotary Club?
